Where can I use my Privilege Points?Redeem your points for discounts on a new Wireless phone at any Long Lines Wireless store.
View the catalogLong Lines Privilege Points are based on a proprietary calculation that factors in customer tenure, bill amount, on-time payments and other miscellaneous factors. You must fulfill 12 months of your contract term to redeem your Privilege Points. Redeeming Privilege Points will require signing a new 2-year wireless contract. Privilege Points are non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash and can not be used towards your monthly service charges. Privilege Points will not accrue on late payments; if a payment is rejected for insufficient funds, points will be decremented accordingly. All Privilege Points will be void if service is cancelled or terminated. Privilege Points are not valid on any prepaid wireless services or equipment. Privilege Points can be combined if two separate customer accounts are joining (i.e. marriage, residing at one address, etc.) |
