After 60 days of active service, you'll both receive:
A $75 Giftogram to spend your way - digital VISA gift card, national brand gift cards local businesses, or even donate to charity!

The Refer-a-Friend program is open to existing residential customers of Long Lines Broadband in good standing. Referrers may receive a referral reward, delivered as a digital gift card (e.g., Visa or similar), for each new customer they refer who activates qualifying services and remains in good standing for at least sixty (60) consecutive days following installation.
Referred customers must not have had Long Lines Broadband service within the ninety (90) days prior to activating new service. Referred customers must reside in a serviceable area, may not share a household with the referring customer, and must not have a current or previously scheduled installation order at the time of referral submission.
Referral rewards are limited to a total of five hundred ninety-five dollars ($595.00) per referrer per calendar year. Additional referrals exceeding this limit will not be eligible for rewards. Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged or substituted unless explicitly stated. This offer may not be combined with other promotions or discounts unless specifically permitted in writing.
All customers are limited to a combined maximum of five hundred ninety-five dollars ($595.00) per year across all Long Lines Broadband rewards programs, including Refer-a-Friend, Contract Buyout, Contests, and Acquisition Rewards.
Long Lines Broadband reserves the right to verify eligibility and enforce program rules. Rewards will be issued within one (1) to two (1) weeks after verification of eligibility and the referred customer’s compliance with program requirements. Long Lines Broadband may withhold or rescind rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
Recipients must have a valid, working email address to receive the digital reward. Long Lines Broadband is not responsible for lost, stolen, expired, or undeliverable rewards, including those filtered to spam or junk mail folders. Long Lines Broadband reserves the right to apply any referral reward toward any past-due or outstanding balance on the customer’s account before issuing the remaining amount, if applicable. To receive the full reward, customer account must remain in good standing.
