- How do I set-up my voicemail?
- The Voicemail feature will answer calls to your phone when you are talking on the phone or can’t answer the call.
Options in Mailbox Set-up Menu:
Press 1 - Greeting Options
Press 2 - Change Password
Press 3 - Notification Options
Press 4 - Disable/Enable Auto-Login
Press * - Return to Main Menu
- How do I access my voicemail?
- 1. Dial 943-MAIL (943-6245)
Then Either:
- Press # if you're calling from the phone your voicemail is assigned to, OR
- Enter your telephone number, if calling from a remote phone, OR
- If using Auto Login and accesssing from your home phone no entry ir required, OR
- Dial your home or business number. Then press the * key while the greeting is playing to access your voicemail.
2. If requested, Enter Your Password, followed by the * Key. Your password will be a default code of the last 4 digits of your phone number until you change it.
3. Main Menu: Press 1 to retrieve messages, Press 3 to send, Press 7 for current date and time, or Press 9 for mailbox setup.
- How do I change my voicemail password?

Your password can be any series of up to 16 digits you choose. You will be unable to access your mailbox without this password, so be sure to choose one you can remember.
To change your password:
1. Press 2 Change Your Password
2. Enter new password, then press #
3. To verify, enter your password
- How do I change and record my personal greeting?
- Your Voicemail greeting can be recorded and customized to personally greet your callers.
To change or record your greeting:
Press 1 - Greeting Options
Press 4 - Record Your Greeting
Press # - End Recording Function
Press 2 - Save Greeting (must be saved to be active)
Press 3 - Delete Greeting (then follow steps 3-5 again)
Press * - Return to Mailbox Set-up
