New Login Instructions
We’ve converted to a new billing system to stream-line systems and provide better communication on system maintenance and other service impacting matters; that’s the good news. The bad news is we are going to need you to re-register for online billing in the new system, but, it is a very quick, simple process. To Register, you will need your new account number (provided in this email) and your pin number (which is most often the last 4 digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security Number).

Enter Your NEW Account Number.
To set up your account under the new billing system, use the use the NEW USER REGISTRATION section of the form. Enter the first 9 digits of the New Account Number (No Dashes) and Zip Code. (New account numbers were emailed to the address we have on file. If you did not receive an email, please check your SPAM or Junk folders, or call Customer CARE at 712-271-4000 and they will provide your new account information.)
Fill in you information. NOTE: PIN # and email must match your previous account! (your pin number is most often the last 4 digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security Number).
Read and accept the Terms and Conditions. Click ‘Submit’
Check the box to opt in for “Do not send paper statements” if you’d like to go PAPERLESS.
If you opted in to ‘Go Paperless’, you will need to complete one additional step. Please review the Terms and Conditions and check the box to agree to the terms and conditions. Click Submit
